Vyas Ramasubramani is a software engineer at NVIDIA on the RAPIDS team, where he develops GPU-accelerated libraries for data science and machine learning. He primarily works on cuDF, a high-performance GPU DataFrame library. He holds a Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering and Scientific Computing from the University of Michigan, where he studied self-assembly in soft matter physics, and a bachelor’s degree in Chemical and Biological Engineering from Princeton with certificates in Applications of Computing as well as Quantitative and Computational Biology.
